Xcelcius Features

Xcelcius includes all the standard features of the Classe 9 USB while adding Temperature Profiling. With Xcelcius, each grouping has an additional micro boiler allowing you to adjust the brewing temperature of each group individually (if you compare pictures you can see that the group on Xcelcius is larger). This permits the barista to use different roasted bean without damaging the integrity of the beans being brewed. Knowing that all coffee beans are different and that each roast is better brewed at a certain temperatures, Xcelcius enables you to serve the highest quality product no matter the roast.

Optional Additions

The i-Steam wand is an automated steam wand. With 2 buttons,  Cappuccino” and “Latte,” the i-steam wand will froth milk for a cappuccino style drink or it will steam the milk for a latte drink, Automatically. The i-Steam wand allows anyone that knows how to push a button to make the perfect steamed or frothed milk. i-Steam has the technique and the knowledge that is needed to steam and froth milk perfectly every single time. It’s Consistent!
