We know that as a business owner you are busy, and as your partner, we want to ensure your success. One way we do that is by providing automatic shipments of regular wear maintenance parts. These parts are critical to the proper maintenance and highest operation efficiency of your equipment. Being without them when you need them can mean lost revenue and upset customers. By not replacing these components regularly, you risk damage to the beater motor, compressor, and other expensive components. Like oil changes and tune-ups on automobiles, preventive maintenance is both necessary and reasonably inexpensive.

Preventive maintenance FAQs

It depends on the equipment category and the PM contract you choose. Our most common program is for ice machines: we visit every 6 months to clean the unit and change the filter. We’ll recommend a schedule for each of your machines.

Most breakdowns start as worn parts that a PM visit catches early. Regular PM prevents downtime, protects the beater motor and compressor, and keeps product quality consistent.

Yes. For heat treatment machines, Brush Butler 28HT combines a full cleaning every 28 days with preventive maintenance (tune-up kit and blade replacement) four times a year.
